Returns & Exchanges

 To initiate a return, or exchange for any non-motorcycle items. (ie; apparel, accessories, parts, etc...) 

Please complete the following steps:

  1. You will need your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Use link - here
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Merch, Apparel, Accessories and Parts

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item.

Refunds

For all products, excluding motorcycles, Once we receive your returned item, We will review your request and inspect the item. 

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take anywhere from 2 - 15 days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

For all products, excluding motorcycles, In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Or trade out the correct size.  here

For the bikes (BSX 110/140, custom built or any other bike that was purchased):

We hold all bike shipments for 12-24 hours. Cancellations of bike order before they ship are eligible for a full refund. Once a bike has been shipped, a cancelation is subjected to a $500 restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping/handling. If you want to cancel after the bike has already been received, we will verify through photos that the box is un-opened and we will arrange for an LTL pickup. Bikes cannot be returned once the box has been opened.
As soon as we receive the returned bike and re-verify that the box has not been opened, we will issue the remaining balance after the $500 restocking fee. Bikes that have been returned that have clearly been opened are only subjected to a 50% refund.
Damage during shipping: Some damage can occur to the box/crate during transport, in fact it's somewhat expected. The crate is designed to take the blows so the bike stays safe. While it can be discouraging to see some damage to the box once it shows up, remember the bike itself should be unharmed. Since we use 3rd party LTL companies to ship the bikes, the handling of them during transport is largely out of our control.
In the rare case that you can clearly tell (without opening the box) that the bike itself took on some damage, take some detailed photos of the damage and give us a call or send us an email with the photos attached so we can assess the damage and decide how to move forward. 
If there is major damage to the frame, swing-arm, triple clamps or motor beyond being functional, we may send out a new replacement bike but will need to be assessed on a case by case basis. 
If the damage only affected replaceable, external part(s), we'll send you the replacement part. Unfortunately, some minor blemishes can occur during shipping, de-packaging and assembly. While this is uncommon, it is out of the our control. Buscadero will not issue monetary exchanges for minor cosmetic blemishes. Anything functionally incorrect or defective will be honored in accordance with our 6 month parts warranty. 

Final Sale Items

Any motorcycle sold is a final sale item. The BSX 110 and the BSX 140 and any other custom built motorcycle does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
