Bike Order Cancellations & Returns (BSX 110/140 & Custom Builds)

We want to make sure you know exactly where you stand at each stage of the process. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:


1. Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order before the bike ships.

  • A $100 credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.


2. During Shipping

  • If your bike is already in transit, we may still be able to cancel your order.

  • A $700 restocking fee will apply (covers shipping, handling, and processing).


3. After Delivery (Box Unopened)

  • Need to return your bike after it arrives?

  • We’ll verify (with photos) that the box has not been opened.

  • We’ll arrange an LTL freight pickup and issue a refund minus the $700 restocking fee once we receive and re-verify the unopened bike. (Covers shipping(x2), handling and processing).


4. After Delivery (Box Opened)

  • Once the box is opened, the bike cannot be returned.

  • In rare cases where we accept an opened return, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.


Damage during shipping: Some damage can occur to the box/crate during transport, in fact it's somewhat expected. The crate is designed to take the blows so the bike stays safe. While it can be discouraging to see some damage to the box once it shows up, remember the bike itself should be unharmed. Since we use 3rd party LTL companies to ship the bikes, the handling of them during transport is largely out of our control.

In the rare case that you can clearly tell (without opening the box) that the bike itself took on some damage, take some detailed photos of the damage and give us a call or send us an email with the photos attached so we can assess the damage and decide how to move forward. 

If there is major damage to the frame, swing-arm, triple clamps or motor beyond being functional, we may send out a new replacement bike but will need to be assessed on a case by case basis. 

If the damage only affected replaceable, external part(s), we'll send you the replacement part. Unfortunately, some minor blemishes can occur during shipping, de-packaging and assembly. While this is uncommon, it is out of our control. Buscadero will not issue monetary exchanges for minor cosmetic blemishes. Anything functionally incorrect or defective will be honored in accordance with our 6 month parts warranty. 

For Merch, Apparel, Accessories and Parts

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item.

Refunds

For all products, excluding motorcycles (BSX 110 and 140), Once we receive your returned item, We will review your request and inspect the item. 

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take anywhere from 2 - 15 days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

For all products, excluding motorcycles, In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one.

Final Sale Items

Any motorcycle sold is a final sale item. The BSX 110 and the BSX 140 and any other custom built motorcycle does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
